Prof. Dr. Yen-Kuang LIN appointed as the new director of GIACS
🌟 Professor Yen-Kuang Lin | Director
Holding a Ph.D. in Applied Statistics from the University of Northern Colorado, USA, Professor Lin has previously served as Director of the Biostatistics Center and Director of the Big Data Research Center at Taipei Medical University, as well as a Visiting Scholar at the University of California, Irvine. Professor Lin has long been dedicated to the application of statistical methods, artificial intelligence, and data science in the field of sports science, possessing extensive experience in research, teaching, and cross-disciplinary integration. As he takes on the role of Institute Director, he will focus on refining research methodologies, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration, promoting international exchange, and driving digital innovation to continuously enhance the institute's academic strength and international competitiveness.
